His Excellency Mr. Jakaya Kikwete, President of United Republic of Tanzania visited NSIC Incubation Centre on 18th June, 2015.

Shri Ravindra Nath, CMD, NSIC welcomed the Hon’ble President and apprised him the model of Rapid Incubation and importance of such Incubation support in the creation of Entrepreneurs   and Small Enterprises.  The Hon’ble President appreciated NSIC in establishing the Incubation Centre and expressed his eagerness to adopt similar Incubation Programme in Tanzania in association with NSIC. He also asked NSIC to assist SIDO in devising appropriate model of Business in order provide handholding and sustainable assistance to SMEs in Tanzania.

The President was also accompanied by the First Lady and various Ministers in his cabinet along with CEOs of several leading Govt. owned Institutions. The High Commissioner of India in Tanzania, Shri Debnath Shaw was also present.
