On the occasion of International Women`s Day, NSIC organised an exclusive Training program on 07-08 March 2016 titled " Encouraging Women Empowerment “ wherein only the Women Employees of the Corporation were invited to participate. Speaking on the occasion, Shri Ravindra Nath, CMD, NSIC said women are also the backbone and the indominatable spirit behind the growth of NSIC. The program encouraged participants to share their experiences on various Functional Schemes and Behavioural Topics Like Image Management ,Business Communication, Role of NSIC in “ Make in India” & “ Skill India”,etc. 26 employees posted at various NSIC Branch offices all over the country participated.
