A Special Vendor Development Program for the SC/ST Entrepreneurs was organised by NSIC, Guwahati at Shillong, Meghalaya on 29th November, 2016. The program was inaugurated by Shri. Peter .W. Ingty IAS (The Additional Chief Secretary to the Govt. of Meghalaya) and Mrs. Mary Bell Roy (Director of Commerce & Industries, Govt. of Meghalaya) was guest of honour. Shri. J.K. Mahanta CGM (NE), NSIC gave the welcome speech and apprised the participants about the benefits of such program.<br/> The officials present of buying departments were Shri. Dipak Kumar (2nd in Command), 67 battalion CRPF, Smt. R.T. Kharbudon (Chief Accounts Officer) Department of Custom, Govt. of India, Shri. D. Paul (Dy. General Manager) BSNL, North East Circle –I and Shri. Kaushik Sharma (Asst.
