With the theme <b>Be Bold for Change</b> ,NSIC celebrated the International Women`s Day 2017 with its women employees with much fanfare. The women employees participated with great enthusiasm. To mark the occasion, a Training program involving role plays on " Masters of First Impressions" and " Being ready for change and more adaptability " was organized to empower Women NSICians. <br/><br/> Speaking on the occasion, Shri Ravindra Nath,CMD,NSIC appreciated their efforts in disseminating the benefits of NSIC schemes amongst the MSME sector across the country. He said that women are the back bone of our Homes as also NSIC. They are born leaders and have the potential within them to bring prosperity, happiness and joy to this world. Shri P.Udayakumar, Director(P&M),NSIC and Shri A.K.Mittal, Director(Finance),NSIC also interacted with the participants.
