Shri Gaurang Dixit, Director (Finance), NSIC reviewed the Performance of Zone West on 19th April, 2022 and urged the employees to start putting in their best efforts so that NSIC achieves all time high performance during 2022-23. Encouraging Green Environment a sapling was also planted by him at the NSIC (Navi Mumbai ) office.

During his recent visit to Mumbai on 18th April, 2022, Shri Gaurang Dixit, Director(Finance), NSIC interacted with MSMEs & Industrial Associations of the Mumbai Region and highlighted the various initiatives of NSIC including NSIC Venture Capital Fund ,Special offerings for Women Entrepreneurs etc. in the country and invited their Member MSMEs to come forward and avail the benefits of NSIC scheme for their growth. Shri S.H. Siddiqui, Branch Head, NSIC (Naraina) invited Mr. Vikas Kumar, DGM, NALCO to NSIC (Central Delhi office ) so as apprise the NALCO team about MSME needs of the Raw Material as also facilitate new Business for NSIC.

NSIC (North-East) Zone successfully implemented Decorative Candle making 15 days Training program recently. During the Valedictory Function held on 19th April 2022 at Gangtok, Sikkim. Sh. Sharma, IAS Secretary, Ministry of Industries & Commerce, Govt. of Sikkim along with Sh. Burman, Independent Director (NRL) appreciated the efforts of NSIC in encouraging youth towards self-employment opportunities.

Shri P.Udayakumar, Director(P&M), NSIC during his visit to Bhubaneshwar on 20th April, 2022 had a fruitful meeting with CMD, NALCO regarding supply of AL materials for the FY 2022-23 for NSIC Associates.

NSIC, along with its counterpart organization SEDA, South Africa organized “Virtual B2B Meetings” from 04th April 2022 to 13th April 2022 between MSMEs of India and those of South Africa under the action plan decided during 6th Tri-Nations Conference on SMEs as a part of India, Brazil, South Africa (IBSA) Summit held virtually on September 2nd -3rd, 202. The virtual B2B meetings were organised amongst 17 Indian and 30 South African Enterprises where the enterprises from both sides explored the possibilities of import/export, joint venture/collaboration, and exchanging of technical know-how in sectors like Electricals & Electronics, Food processing, Information and Communication Technology (ICT), Textiles & Chemicals. During the meetings, enterprises shared detailed presentations on their business profiles, discussed the cooperation possibilities and showed keen interest to partner with each other. The meetings were co-ordinated by Ms. Adiba Bari (Manager-International Cooperation), NSIC, Mr. Anupam Tiwari (Manager- International Cooperation), NSIC, Mr. Shashank Shekhar (Asst. Manager- International Cooperation), NSIC.

भारत सरकार के गैर कृषि क्षेत्र में ग्रामीण महिलाओं को स्वरोजगार प्रोत्साहित कौशल विकास योजना के अंतर्गत राष्ट्रीय लघु उद्योग निगम (एन.एस.आई.सी.) द्वारा नाबार्ड के सहयोग से रिगड़ व दियारगी गाँव में स्वंय सहायता समूहों की महिलाओं को 1-माह का का नि:शुल्क टेलरिंग व बैग बनाने का नि:शुल्क प्रशिक्षण दिया गया। प्रशिक्षण का समापन नाबार्ड जिला विकास प्रबन्धक डॉ सोहन प्रेमी द्वारा एन.एस.आई.सी. प्रबन्धक लोकेश भाटिया की उपस्थिति में हुआ। इन प्रशिक्षणों में एन.एस.आई.सी. द्वारा 25 - 25 महिलाओं को टेलरिंग व बैग बनाने का प्रशिक्षण दिया गया जिसमें महिलाओं ने विभिन्न प्रकार के वस्त्र व बैग बनाना सीखे। इन प्रशिक्षणों का लाभ उठाने वाली महिलाओं ने एन.एस.आई.सी व नाबार्ड द्वारा दिए गए प्रशिक्षण की प्रसंशा की और कहा कि उन्होंने प्रशिक्षण से बहुत कुछ सीखा और अपने हुनर को निखारा। कुछ महिलाओं ने बताया कि उन्होंने प्रशिक्षण के दौरान ही घर से व्यावसायिक काम शुरू कर दिया है जिससे उनका आत्मविश्वास बढ़ा है। मुख्यातिथि डॉ सोहन प्रेमी ने वहां प्रदर्शित, महिलाओं द्वारा प्रशिक्षण के दौरान बनाए वस्त्रों व बैगों को देखा व सराहा और स्वरोजगार अपनाकर स्वाबलंबी बनने को प्रेरित किया। एन.एस.आई.सी. प्रबन्धक लोकेश भाटिया ने सभी महिलाओं को लघु उद्योगों व स्वयं सहायता समूह सम्बंधित जानकारी दी तथा सरकार द्वारा स्वरोजगार के लिए चलाई जा रही विभिन्न योजनाओं से अवगत कराया। उन्होंने बेहतरीन प्रशिक्षण प्रदान करने के लिए एन.एस.आई.सी की भी प्रशंसा की। इस दौरान एन.एस.आई.सी. के परियोजना समन्वयक विनय कुमार, ग्रामीण बैंक प्रबंधक नरेंद्र कुमार, प्रशिक्षक पुष्पा देवी, रिगड़ समूह एनिमेटर प्रशना शर्मा , दियारगी समूह एनिमेटर ब्रेसती देवी व अन्य मौजूद रहे।

Welcoming the New Financial Year with greater enthusiasm to serve the MSME sector, NSIC (Navi Mumbai) organised a Satyanarayan Puja on 08th April, 2022 in office where all the Employees and their families participated. The employees who have served NSIC in the past were also present. The program was coordinated by Shri Manoj Singh, Zonal Head, NSIC (Mumbai).

NSIC (North East) NSIC in association with Govt of Sikkim organized Training on Decorative Candle Making at Gangtok, Sikkim on 04.04.2022.The program was inaugurated by Chief Guest Sh. Shri P. Udayakumar, Director (Planning & Marketing), NSIC chaired the 01st Corporate Management Review Meeting (CMRM) and Management Review Meeting (MRM) for the year 2021-2022 cycle –II on 05th April, 2022. During the interaction, various internal and external issues relevant to the quality management systems as well as improvement of performance and effectiveness of the quality management system were discussed. Also present on this occasion, Shri, Manoj Lal, Chief General Manager, NSIC, Shri Rajesh Kumar, General Manager (CMR), NSIC, Shri M.A Khan, General Manager, NSIC, Shri Rajesh Srivastava, Sr. Consultant (ISO) and Shri Aman Srivastava, Consultant (ISO).

India Carpet Expo – 2022 is the one of the largest Handmade carpet fair in Asia and serves as a unique platform for the buyers to source the best of handmade carpet was held on 25th-28th March, 2022 at NSIC exhibition centre. Over 257 importers and 280 overseas buyers from all over the world registered their presence in the Mega Expo. 292 exhibitors displayed their exclusive handmade carpets. On this occasion Shri. P Udayakumar, Director (Planning & Marketing), NSIC graced this Mega Expo to motivate and encouraged the participants to avail the benefits of NSIC schemes. The events at the NSIC Exhibition Ground are coordinated by Shri Masood Ahmad, Manager, NSIC.
