National SC/ST Hub to be launched on 8th October 2016 from Ludhiana

A National High Power Committee meeting Chaired by Shri Kalraj Mishra, Union Minister for MSME was held at New Delhi on September 22, 2016, to review the progress of the National SC/ST Hub which is being established to promote SC/ST Entrepreneurs. Speaking on the occasion Shri Mishra said that the National SC/ST Hub will be launched soon within a record time of 7 months from the announcement in the budget speech of 2016-17.
 <br/> <br/>
Hon’ble Minister said that   Government led by Sh. Narendra Modi was keen to inculcate the spirit of self-employment among the SC/ ST population and he urged upon all the participants, especially industries associations to take it in the mission mode. <br/>
            He informed that his Ministry has made an initial allotment of allocation of Rs. 490 crore for the period 2016-2020 for the National SC/ST Hub. The Hub would primarily aid in strengthening market access/linkage, monitoring, capacity building, leveraging financial support schemes and sharing industry best practices etc. The hub would operate from National Small Industries Corporation (NSIC) Headquarters in Delhi, supported by a special cell created for this purpose. <br/> <br/>
            Hon’ble Minister of State, MSME, Shri Giriraj Singh emphasised the need to work at the grass root level and start work on a pilot basis with identified CPSEs in the districts having large presence of SC/ST entrepreneurs. Hon’ble Minister of State, MSME, Sh Haribhai P. Choudhary mentioned about working for the demand side from CPSEs and large corporate houses.

NSIC declares highest ever dividend

The National Small Industries Corporation (NSIC), a Government of India Enterprise under the Ministry of MSME, in its 61st Annual General Meeting held on 19.09.2016 at its Corporate Office in New Delhi has declared highest ever dividend of Rs. 29.05 crore for the year 2015-16 as against Rs. 17.02 crore paid for the year 2014-15.
<br/>
NSIC has also achieved record business of Rs, 21242 crore and earned Profit before Tax of Rs. 156.95 crore during the year.

Mittal, Director (Fin.), NSIC and other Directors on Board Shri Rakesh Rewari and Shri Rajiv Chawla alongwith Dr. P.G.S. Rao, Director, Ministry of MSME, Shri Bhuvnesh Maheshwari, Statutory Auditor, Shri Gaurang Dixit, G.M.-SG (Fin.), NSIC, Shri B. Rajaraman, DGM (CS) and Ms. Nishtha Goyal, Company Secretary, NSIC attended the meeting.

Finance & Economic Development Minister, Mauritius calls on Minister of MSME for seeking cooperation from India

Kalraj Mishra, Hon`ble Minister of MSME, having discussion with Mr. Pravin Juganauth, Hon.Minister of Finance & Economic Development, Mauritius who called on the Minister for seeking cooperation from India in MSME Sector. NSIC holds Interaction Meeting with Industry Associations of Faridabad

Shri Ravindra Nath, CMD, NSIC held discussions with prominent Industry Associations of Faridabad. The objective was to understand the skill and common facility needs of the industry in Faridabad so that necessary facilities can be created in NSIC’s proposed Technology–cum-Incubation Centre at Neemka, Faridabad.
CMD, NSIC said that suggestions were very useful and will definitely be helpful in finalizing the appropriate facilities to be housed in the proposed NSIC’s Technology-cum-Incubation Centre at Neemka, Faridabad.

Association of NSIC –Technical Service Centre, Okhla with VEL TECH Technical University

Memorandum of Understanding signed between NSIC Technical Service Center, Okhla and VEL TECH Technical University, Chennai on 09.08.2016 wherein both organizations agreed to facilitate trainees for their capacity building through skill training, to meet the requirement of industry.
<br/><br/>
The MoU was signed by Mr. Satvinder Singh, Sr. General Manager, NSIC and Mr. K.V.D.Kishore Kumar, Vice President, VEL TECH University in the presence of Mr. Ravindra Nath, CMD, NSIC.

CMD, NSIC Launches On-Line Finance Facilitation Centre at LUDHIANA, August 31, 2016

Shri Ravindra Nath, Chairman-cum-Managing Director, NSIC inaugurated NSIC’s Online Finance Facilitation Center at Ludhiana in line with NSIC’s initiative to provide digital facilitation of loan proposals of MSMEs with various banks. This is the third Centre launched by NSIC in the country and will assist MSMEs of this region in getting easy access to Finance from Banks. On-Line Finance Facilitation center will provide collective funding options from various Banks to MSMEs through online portal www.nsicffconline.in .  Shri Nath stated Web-linkages between NSIC’s Online Finance Facilitation Web Portal and Portals of various banks have also been established for fast and online decision making. NSIC has signed MoUs with various banks, majority of them have already established an online linkage with NSIC’s Finance Facilitation Web Portal. Other banks are in process of establishing the link. On the occasion, HDFC Bank Ltd also signed MoU with NSIC for credit facilitation. Representatives of various industry associations present on the occasion applauded NSIC’s initiatives and services in the region and felt that NSIC’s On-line Finance Facilitation Centre will enhance the capabilities of MSMEs of the region with various options for finance at best rates and services.

Shri Chandra Mohan Patowary, Hon’ble Minister of Industries & Commerce, (Govt. of Assam) inaugurates NSIC – FFC (Guwahati)

Shri Chandra Mohan Patowary, Hon’ble Minister of Industries & Commerce, ( Govt. of Assam) inaugurated the NSIC – FFC (Guwahati) and MSME – Databank centre to facilitate the MSMEs, youth, Entrepreneurs of the North east region. 
Speaking on the occasion, Shri Ravindra Nath, CMD, NSIC, stated that this initiative of NSIC would digitally empower MSMEs and ease them in their doing business across the globe. Dr. K.K. NSIC and Rubique Join Hands to Provide On-line Finance Facilitation to MSMEs

NSIC and Rubique have signed an MoU for creating an on-line interface with objective to ease credit facilitation for MSMEs by allowing quicker decision making and evaluation. MoU was signed by Sh. Ravindra Nath, CMD, NSIC and Manavjeet Singh, founder and CEO of Rubique at Bangalore co-inciding with launching of NSIC’s second on-line Finance Facilitation Centre by Sh. Ravindra Nath.
<br/>
Speaking on the occasion, CMD, NSIC said that this tie-up with Rubique will be another of an on-line initiative of NSIC to facilitate MSMEs with easy access to finance while saving ample amount of time and without any additional cost. It will help to improve the competitiveness of MSMEs in the country.
<br/>
This association between the two organisations will reach out to larger base of MSMEs & provide them on-line technology solution to find a right deal for their financing requirement.

NSIC in order to facilitate and meet the financial needs of MSMEs have inaugurated the Finance Facilitation Centre

National Small Industries Corporation Limited (NSIC) in order to facilitate and meet the financial needs of  MSMEs have inaugurated the Finance Facilitation Centre (FFC) on Tuesday 23rd August 2016 at Branch Office, Peenya, Bangalore.
<BR><BR>
Speaking on the inauguration, Shri.Ravindra Nath, CMD NSIC mentioned that the centre is being started for facilitating the MSMEs for getting the loans to meet the financial needs and to grow to a further heights .    He also stated that the first Finance Facilitation Centre has been inaugurated at Jalandhar and many more centres will be set-up across India soon.

Peenya Industries   is having around 8000 and more Industries,   as such, the FFC has been set-up in the said area to facilitate not only the MSMEs of Peenya but also the other Industries in the State. 
<BR><BR>
The event was being witnessed by all major associations of Karnataka i.e., Peenya, KASSIA, FKCCI, AWAKE, COWE, E-MERGE along with around 250-300 members.
<BR><BR>
The programme was a grand success and the information w.r.t the opening of FFC has also been published in all the local newspapers like: Deccan Chronicle, Prajavani & E-Sanje.

On the said occasion an MOU was signed with RUBIQUE and also with JSW (Cement).

Shri Arun Jaitley Union Minister of Finance & Corporate Affairs launched two important initiatives of the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, namely, MSME Databank Portal and Online Finance Facilitation Web Portal, on 11th August 2016 at Vigyan Bhawan.  Union Minister of MSME Shri Kalraj Mishra, and Union Ministers of State for MSME,  Shri Giriraj Singh  and Shri Haribhai Parathibhai Chaudhary were present on the occasion.
