Dr. Rashmi Singh, IAS, Secretary, Department of Women and Child Development, Govt. of NCT of Delhi, visited the NSIC on April 30, 2026

Dr. Rashmi Singh, IAS, Secretary, Department of Women and Child Development, Govt. of NCT of Delhi, visited the NSIC, Head Quarters at Okhla, New Delhi, on April 30, 2026, along with her team to explore opportunities for collaboration in promoting women entrepreneurship and skill development in Delhi.
The delegation was received by Dr. Subhransu Sekhar Acharya, CMD, NSIC, along with Shri Kartikeya Sinha, Director (P&M), and Shri Gaurav Gulati, Director (Fin). During the interaction, Dr. Acharya outlined the evolving MSME landscape in India and highlighted NSIC’s integrated support framework encompassing technology facilitation, credit access, marketing assistance, skill development, and entrepreneurship and Livelihood incubation, along with its international engagement initiatives.
As part of the visit,the delegation toured the LBI and the Adv.Training Centre at NTSC Okhla, where they engaged with trainees and observed ongoing skill development and entrepreneurship development programs
