Eligibility Criteria: The bidders must have experience of conducting at least two similar studies / surveys of Rs. 4 lac each). Request for Proposal (RFP) should contain quotations in two separate sealed envelopes (marked as ‘Technical Proposal’ and ‘Financial Proposal’) should be addressed to the General Manager (CP), superscribing as ‘Quotation to conduct the study of the Performance & Credit Rating Scheme for Micro and Small Enterprises’.
